Terms and conditions of sale

Article 1. Purpose

These terms govern sales concluded on the Meto website (metopaws.com) between Qovira FZE and any person acting as a consumer.

Article 2. Products

The essential characteristics of the products are presented on the product page.

Article 3. Prices

Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included. Delivery is free. The applicable price is the one displayed when the order is confirmed.

Article 4. Orders

The order is final once payment has been confirmed. A confirmation email setting out the details of the order is sent to you.

Article 5. Payment

Payment is made by bank card or by the other methods offered at checkout. Payment data is processed by our payment provider and never passes through our servers.

Article 6. Delivery

The stated delivery times are 5 to 9 days from the order. If delivery has not taken place within a maximum of thirty days, the customer may terminate the contract under the conditions laid down by the Consumer Code.

Article 7. Withdrawal and commercial guarantee

The customer has fourteen days in which to exercise the right of withdrawal, and a 30-day "satisfied or refunded" commercial guarantee, as set out on the Returns and refunds page. Return shipping is at your expense, unless the product is faulty, not as described or damaged on arrival.

Article 8. Legal guarantees

All products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects, independently of the commercial guarantee.

Article 9. Personal data

The data collected is processed in accordance with the site's Privacy Policy.

Article 10. Disputes

In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution is sought first. The customer may use a consumer mediator free of charge. French law applies where the consumer resides in France.
