Returns and refunds

You have 30 days: write to us at contact@metopaws.com and we will sort it out. The product must be returned clean, in good condition and complete.

How it works

• Write to contact@metopaws.com with your order number.
• We reply within 24 business hours with the steps to follow, return address included.
• The refund is issued within 5 business days after we receive the returned product (or proof of dispatch), to your original payment method.

Right of withdrawal

In accordance with articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, you have a statutory fourteen-day period in which to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to give a reason. Our 30-day commercial guarantee is in addition to this legal right and does not replace it.

Return shipping

Return shipping is at your expense, unless the product is faulty, not as described or damaged on arrival.

Legal guarantees

The product is covered by the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code).
