Delivery

Every Meto order is prepared by our partner warehouse and then handed to a tracked carrier. Delivery is free, with no minimum order.

Delivery times

Allow 5 to 9 days from order to delivery, preparation included. When you order, the product page shows you a range of delivery dates.

Tracking

Your tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order ships. The link becomes active within 48 hours. If it still shows nothing after that, write to us: we will open an investigation with the carrier.

Where we deliver

Mainland France (including Corsica), Belgium, Germany, Italy, Spain, the Netherlands and Austria. Switzerland, Luxembourg and the French overseas territories: please write to us before ordering.

Damaged or incomplete parcel

Send us a photo of the parcel and the product at contact@metopaws.com. After checking, we reship or refund. If we ask you to return the product, we cover the cost.
